Hello beautiful people! how was your weekend? i hope ya all got enough rest and had fun. 

Today I have decided to give a few tips on primer and the importance of primer as part of your makeup. With primers your makeup tend to be smoother and last longer than usual. Below are the primer I use though, there are varieties out there, but these are my best......... 

EYE SHADOW PRIMER

Eye shadow primer is a base you apply before you apply your eyeshadow. It makes the colour of your eye shadow pop. Eyeshadow primer keeps  the eye shadow in place throughout the day, it also ensures smooth application of eyeshadow during the application.

the eye shadow primer i use the most and happens to be my best is the NYX  eyeshadow base above  which goes for £5

There are also a number of them out there that are also good like:

Face primer prepares your skin for make application by providing a smooth, wrinkle and line free skin surface. It also minimises large pores. Primer gives your makeup a surface to grab onto, it helps the skin become smooth so foundation goes on it easily allowing your makeup last longer throughout the day and looking better.

There are also some primers that helps to even your skin tone and also help reduce ruddiness in your complexion, e.g the  L'oreal studio secrets anti-dull skin primer. 

Just like the eyeshadow primer there are loads of face primers out there apart from the ones I have got up here. Just find the one that soothes your skin and works well for you. My best is the Mac matte creme matifiante

LIP PRIMER

Mac prep+prime lip £12

Lip primer is made to be worn underneath your lipstick, lipliner or lipgloss. It smoothens the appearance of the lips, making the lipstick last longer. The lip primer will help fill in any lines, wrinkles, or uneven places on the lips giving your lips a smoother appearance. The lip primer will also helps the lipstick or lipgloss to stay in place throughout the day. The Mac prep+prime is my best, it works perfectly well for me
